Become part of a fast-paced, patient-centered team delivering essential healthcare services to the community.

In this short program, you’ll step into the role of a Walmart pharmacy technician and experience what it’s like to support a busy, patient-centered pharmacy. You’ll practice real tasks, like reviewing prescriptions, helping patients at pickup, and responding to common questions. You’ll also learn how technicians contribute to safe and efficient pharmacy operations.

You’ll complete two tasks at your own pace, gaining insight into the daily responsibilities, challenges, and teamwork involved in this role. Along the way, you’ll build skills in accuracy, communication, and problem-solving. These are skills that are critical in health care and can open doors to future opportunities.

Whether you’re just exploring your options or are already interested in a pharmacy career, this simulation will help you understand what it’s like to be part of a team that puts patients first.

This program is self-paced. It takes approximately 30-60 mins to complete.
