We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented student assistant to support our day-to-day lab operations. In this role, you will assist with digitizing records, managing sample inventory, and maintaining organized digital and physical files.
No specialized prior lab experience is required—all equipment-specific training will be provided on the job!
Key Responsibilities
- Digital Archiving: Prepare, organize, and operate digital scanning equipment to archive lab slides and records.
- Data Entry & Inventory: Log incoming orders and maintain accurate records in our computer database.
- Labeling & Prep: Print and apply precise organizational labels to keep lab materials systematic and easy to track.
- General Lab Support: Help maintain an organized, efficient workspace.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable using basic computer software and database systems.
- Good organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work consistently 15–20 hours per week.
