This is a commission-based ownership position as an independent agent inside a large marketing agency. You own your own business from day one, with the freedom to build an office you want, whether that is in personal production, recruiting a team or even building your own agency within the agency.
NOT an MLM. Recruiting is optional with commission payouts based on production.
Can be done as an internship depending on your school and desires or as a part-time income from day one. Successful internship pilot completed fall semester 2025 with a local entrepreneurial business major.
