- The LPN will adhere to schedule/timeliness in performing nursing duties and individual care and in programmatic activities of persons within the group home;
- Administer medications and treatments as per physicians order, policy and procedure; Complete and chart lab collection, nurses notes, weekly notes, heights, weights, pass documentation, vital sign, etc.;
- Coordinate and attend various medical appointments with community physicians;
- Observe persons for signs and symptoms of illness, injury, and behavior changes with appropriate documentation and reporting to physician or supervising nurse;
- Any other duties required or requested by Hudspeth Regional Center, the Director of Nursing or nursing supervisor within the scope of practice.
