Standard Registration covers attendance of 2 recruiters; includes a 6′ x 30′ table, two chairs, refreshments, lunch, parking, and marketing. Max of 4 total recruiters per table. Additional tables can be purchased during registration.
Representatives will be provided with a continental breakfast and lunch. Should you have any special dietary requirements, kindly reach out to Inger Frye at ifrye@alcorn.edu before March 1, 2024. Beyond this date, we cannot assure the accommodation of special dietary requests. Additionally, various food and drink options are accessible within the Student Union.
Shipping Swag: Ensure that boxes are clearly marked with your organization’s name. If your organization is sending multiple boxes, number them sequentially. All items should be received by March 27, 2024.

Packages are available for receipt Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. CT. Upon arrival, all packages will be placed at your designated booth. It is strongly recommended to track your packages to confirm delivery. Additionally, please bring all tracking details for your packages to assist in locating any missing boxes.
Parking: The individual who registered for the event will receive a parking pass via email. Attendants will be available to direct you to the parking areas. Please note that parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, and the Career Center is not liable for any parking violations incurred by parking in unauthorized areas.
Registration fees are NON-REFUNDABLE. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to Mr. Michael Harper at mmharper@alcorn.edu. No refunds will be issued for organizations that register but fail to participate in the event.
IN THE EVENT OF CANCELLATION: Should the University close due to a catastrophic event such as extreme weather, COVID restrictions, or similar circumstances, the event will either be cancelled or postponed. If the event is not rescheduled, or if an employer cannot attend on the rescheduled date, the organization may request a credit for registration for a future event.
